Single Petition 单方面离婚
(where you or your partner disagrees with the divorce or any of the terms of separation) Either party may file a single petition without consent of the other party. However, the filing party has to first prove that the marriage has irretrievably broken down on the grounds provided under Section 54 of the Law Reform (Marriage & Divorce) Act 1976.
（当您或您的伴侣不同意离婚或是不同意任何离婚条款） 任何一方均可在未经另一方同意的情况下提交单方面的离婚申请。但是，提交人必须根据 1976 年法律改革（婚姻和离婚法令）【LRA】第 54 条所规定的理由证明婚姻已经不可挽回地破裂。

  • Commission of adultery
    通奸
  • Unreasonable behaviour of either party and you cannot be expected to live with him/her;
    任何一方的不合理行为并且您已经没有可以跟他/她一起生活的期望
  • Desertion by either party for continuously two (2) years; or

  • Both parties have lived apart or separately for continuously (2) years.
